Apple Pie

Ingredients

Dry

• Apples (Braeburn for sour/sweet, but sweeter apples are OK)
• Dough (round)
• Oat flakes
• Ground Hazelnut

Cream

• 2 Eggs
• Quark (maybe 2 tablespoons?)
• 0.5L Halbrahm (approx)
• Sugar (2-3 Tablespoons)
• Salt (1 pinch)

Instructions

Put Dough in form and poke holes with a fork (to avoid air bubbles). Spread Oats and Hazelnut on the dough, covering it.

Mix the wet ingredients: Cream last, fill to about 4DL

Pour cream to cover the whole pie, then bake until color looks good
